Per the owner: We first visited Diamante in 2013 for the experience of
playing the then newly famous Davis Love Dunes course. We were
immediately impressed by the first class approach utilized in everything
it did to enhance the experience of its residents and guests. we toured
the 80 acres and were treated to a discourse of their long term views for
the property as a haven for their permanent residents as well as those
who used it as a frequent golf getaway or were time share owners. They
are well on the way to fulfilling the aspiration. At first, we purchased
a 2 BR condo near the 13 acre lagoon in the Resort Club section. We found
it too large as our normal group travel is 2 couples or family. We
decided that when the beachside Ocean Club became available we would
convert to the one bedroom Opal unit. A benefit was lower annual fee and
more generous privileges on the Dunes Course . Sleeps 4 Before we could
realize this benefit, Covid upset many travel plans and we have not been
able to take advantage. Now I find that 88 is a life score, not just a
marginal golf day so the Diamante is available to some fortunate buyer I
encourage interested parties to look to the reviews on the Diamante Cabo
web site or yelp. In my opinion the Diamante golf is in the very superior
category compared to Hawaii resorts or Cabo resorts, and I have played
most of them in my delightfully misspent golfing life. The accompanying
dining options and fitness activities are icing on this cake.
