Per the owner: There were a number of things that we were taken with when
we bought our unit. We had stayed in different units, other times and all
of them are very attractive but some things that seemed to make this one
special to us were:
- Our unit is located on the second level from the top and our view of
both the beautiful aqua blue ocean and also the pool areas, are
outstanding. We can see the activities of the pool area but without all
the hubbub when you're down closer, and the location of our balcony gives
us the most fantastic, peaceful, sunrises coming up over the ocean.
Location, location, location. That's the reason I've included a picture
of how the resort is laid out and our proximity to everything. Section
"J".
- It's the 3rd. door from the elevator, unit "J", so you don't get the
noise of folks coming and going but it makes it so handy to get quickly
to the beach area and the pools on both the A and B sides. It also
affords easy access to some of the restaurants available and the activity
areas.
- The resort itself is close to two fantastic shopping areas and also
water activities directly across the road on the lagoon side
-The Royal Sands sits on the site of the old Governor's Palace and their
use of some of the furnishings from the Palace, in the community areas
gives it a very elegant and special feeling. Just an added touch to a
very beautiful resort.
