We started spooky season off right by heading to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom. As soon as we walked into the party, we were handed a trick-or-treat bag to start collecting candy around the park. One of the coolest parts of the event is that characters make appearances all over Magic Kingdom. It was so fun to see some of Disney's most famous villains while we were already in line for trick-or-treating. Keep an eye out for some new characters this year, and beware of hitchhiking ghosts! Of course, we couldn't resist trying some of the party exclusive snacks. First, we had to pick up the new Mickey popcorn bucket. We then ordered the Bowl of Bones and buffalo chicken hand pies from the Friar's Nook. Another perk of Disney World’s parties is shorter attraction lines. We always make sure to ride the Haunted Mansion during the Halloween parties. The Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks show, Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular and Boo-To-You parade are our favorite parts of the party. Watching the parade was the best way to end the night.
