This is an annual, deeded Premium 1 Bedroom (30,500 StarOptions) for weeks 28-35. Options can also used within your Vistana portfolio and traded/moved/combined with any other options you already own. Maintenance fees currently $1,561 and paid for '24. We love this place but are traveling more outside the country so won't be using it much, if at all.
