We are original owners of the entire villa and our unit is right next to the children's waterpark. We have been going since our children were little and my parents came every year and stayed in the lock off. We unfortunately had to move to the Northeast and no longer can use our unit every year, so we're selling. We have included the cost of the transfer and escrow in the listing price, so the $3500 is the full and total price.
