I have for sale a 308,000 annual point contract. All points available for 2025 use-year and annually thereafter. Maintenance fees as of 2024 are $229 per month ($2,747.40 per year). Would begin sale/transfer process at end of November and contract would transfer to buyer in early 2025, likely February 2025 (due to re-deeding and Wyndham transfer time, which takes a few months for whole process to complete). Both buyer and seller to work with same timeshare services (closing) company.Also, I own other Wyndham contracts so can work with buyer if looking for reservations in advance.
