This sold for about $5,000 MORE than building one units; enjoy one of the VERY best units and locations here for a fraction of the original cost of $25,000+Sept. 20 to 27, 2025 or act fast and owner will reserve 3 or 4 days of this week for you.NOTE FROM RESORTAs many of you are already aware, The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino (Hyatt Regency )* has been planning a renovation of their private beach, along with Lone Eagle Grille, their lakeside dining destination.While the timing of the renovation has been uncertain, we were recently informed that the work is now set to begin on or after March 1, 2025,** resulting in closed access for all Hyatt Regency guests and Hyatt Vacation Club® at High Sierra Lodge Owners and guests. The renovation is also anticipated to impact access to the Hyatt Regency pool, although that is still being determined.We understand that this news may come as a disappointment, especially if your vacation plans included accessing these amenities at the Hyatt Regency. Please know that we share in your disappointment and are doing what we can to make your stay a pleasant one.While there are many beach and dining options in the area, the High Sierra Lodge Board is diligently exploring potential beach access alternatives so our Owners and guests can access Lake Tahoe. We hope to communicate that information soon.
