Infinity pool and you get owner reserved lounge chairs * When we rented one year, we got around 15k for the week * We still own 2 other weeks * I believe it is the best 3-bedroom condo on Maui, all things considered...I think other condo complexes don't come close.Once you stay here you will want to figure out how to get back again and again*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer**Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
