This unit is studio, can sleep 4 with a full size sofa bed. The kitchen is complete and fully equipped, easy to stop in for a good lunch and to skip the fast food spots on the slopes. Beautiful indoor / outdoor heated pool, game room for the kids, and right next to all the great restaurants on Main St.The next use is in 2025 if you are willing to pay $1784.00 for 2025 maintenance fee, otherwise the use will start in 2026. At this time I have a reservation for Feb 28 - March 7, 2025 - it can be changed by the new owner. Closing would be handled by a professional timeshare closing company for about $500 (incl. resort transfer fee) to be paid by the buyer. The maintenance fee is paid up to date and there is no any loan. .Enclosed pictures were taken during my stay at the resort.
