Purchase of this unit also gives you access to RCI and you can trade your week for vacation time anywhere RCI has time available.You are also welcome to stay any time outside your week as an owner for a reduced rate in any availiable unit which is a lot cheaper than hotel rooms in surrounding towns.My mom passed away 2 years ago and my dad is not going to need this anymore and my husband and I don't prefer to keep it.
