2025 rental at $2000 to c if you like it before buying.. Location, location, location 😍 What's not to love about this timeshare? Happy hour, entertainment & food on site (7) days a week. On the beach & within walking distance of (3) other bars/bistros with food & drinks 🍷. Small grocery store on island & Publix across bridge (easy access). We own (12) timeshares & this is our favorite. Selling because we're n our 80's & drive is getting a bit much. Week can b rented @$2000 January 26 - February 2, 2025 from us.
