Per the owner: I’ve been there, absolutely love the location and my family enjoys St. Thomas first, with an easy car rental at the airport that allows you to ferry the car. So that’s what we do. We stay a week in St. Thomas, ferry over, stay in St. John. Only reason I’m selling is because we live in Hawai’i now and it’s just too far for us. If I lived in Florida or on the mainland, I’d never sell it honestly. I love Westin properties and you can now trade for even more properties like Bora Bora. It’s a great sized unit but our children are all adults now with spouses and girlfriends so our family of five have need of bigger spaces so we rent houses. However, this is a family favorite destination and was perfect for us.
