Per the owner:
* The resort is located right on the beach, in a very private campus that
is separate and removed from the busy traffic areas of Myrtle Beach.
* The resort offers a full range of amenities. Owners also can access all
amenities (except pool) at an adjacent five-star Marriott Hotel,
including spa services and full service dining.
* The resort is centrally-located in the 20+ mile Myrtle Beach ocean
range that is known as the Grande Strand, extending from North Myrtle
Beach down to and below the city of Myrtle Beach, making it easy and
convenient to quickly reach the popular points of interest going either
North or South along US Route 17 and its parallel business highway
counterpart.
* Villas are well-appointed, very spacious and larger than most other
competitive properties, with higher ceilings, granite countertops, a full
kitchen with all accessories, laundry facilities in the Villa, two full
bathrooms, and a private balcony.
* This particular week would entitle the owner to a Villa in one of the
principle three towers that are right at the beach, allowing the owner to
reach the beach in a few steps over a custom boardwalk that crosses the
beach dune.
* The resort has two very large pool complexes with multiple individual
pools in each complex (including for children), and each complex is
supported by a full-service bar and dining cabana.
* The resort has a full fitness center in a separate, centrally-located
building adjacent also to an indoor heated pool.
* The resort is very safe and secure, with active staff involvement
throughout all public areas.
* The resort offers a wide range of pre-planned, customized daily
activities for adults and children.
* As with all Marriott resorts, every aspect of customer service is
five-star.
