Per the owner:
We originally visited Carlsbad Inn in 2002 on a RCI exchange. We enjoyed
ourselves so much we badly wanted to return but could only do that every
4th year and then only if we could get an exchange. So in 2003 we bought
our first week and a few years later added a second. We have really
enjoyed our annual visits and the place does feel very much like a second
home.
