At our first conversation she explained the entire process and my cost for listing. I signed a contract for her representation on February 6 and the listing was made on February 9th and I had an offer on February 18th. I closed on March 20th. Shawn was the best was always available to answer any questions I had as well as making the entire process from listed to closing the best possible. Highly recommended best agent in my opinion.
