September 2023 Average DVC Resale Price By Contract Size
Before we look at the overall averages for DVC resorts, it is important to know that contract size affects the cost. A smaller contract may cost more per point than a larger one, and vice versa. DVC Resale Prices Are Always Changing!
As you can see the resort resale prices do vary not only among resorts but also from month to month. Some resorts saw a decrease in prices since last month and some saw an increase.
If you are looking to buy a timeshare or sell DVC points, there are a few key factors to keep in mind that can affect the price per point in each contract. These factors include where the resort is located, what the DVC Use Year is, and how many points are available. The cost of a contract with fewer points at a popular resort may actually be higher than one with more points at a less popular one, for instance. You should consider all of these things when determining what you should price your points for or what you can expect when buying.
