Per the owner:
There is a great deal to really like about this timeshare. First of all,
for me, is the beautiful view of the oceanfront as seen in the photo
included. The unit has a patio off the living room, from which the photo
is taken. It is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy the
rising sun and the sea breeze. Beyond the hedge in the photo you can see
the sand beach which is easily accessible from the condo.
A beautiful walking path continues past the resort and stretches for five
miles along the sea coast. I often take a morning, or afternoon walk
along this pathway. There are several beaches in the immediate vicinity
along the pathway including one at Pono Kai. A short walk from the resort
is a beach protected by a reef very close to shore that is safe for
little children to play. There are often parents or grandparents and
children there enjoying the sun, shade and sea water.
The resort has several outdoor barbecue areas I like to use on my
vacations at Pono Kai.
The Condo is part of the Pono Kai waterfront resort with beach, pool,
tennis courts and other on site activities. In my experience this is the
nicest resort on the island of Kauai. It is built on 11 waterfront acres.
The resort offers amenities like lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard
courts, croquet area, and lighted barbecue areas so you can enjoy your
own barbecue meal.
This timeshare is an amazing deal. There are no outstanding costs owing,
