This is a FREE timeshare, I have owned this for 20 years and it no longer fix our needs, I will also pay for the deed preparation, So this really means free! All I ask is for the Hilton transfer fee and recording fees which would be around $350.00. A great deal for a Maui week. You would not start making maintenance fees until the 2026 usage.
