In Bldg. 9, Oceanfront was always a top floor unit. Depending on the time of year, we sometimes saw sea turtles surfing the waves right from our balcony. Bldg. 9 is also the closest building at Point at Poipu to the Oceanfront trail to Shipwreck Beach.
