This particular ownership floats November, December and January, but you can make a reservation any other time of the year if it is available at a 45 day booking window.There is a reservation in place 12/28/24- 1/4/2025. This reservation is available to the buyer for payment of the 2024 maintenance fee.Closing will be handled by Lightening Transfers. They are efficient and reliable and have done a great job for me in the past.
