This is a Platinum Season Ownership, floating in the most beautiful time of the year in Williamsburg, when the fall leaves are changing. Floats August 1 to October 31 each year. I have reservations in place for this year and next, October 19-26, 2024 and August 1-8, 2025. You may use the reservation for 2024 with the payment of the maintenance fees.Closing will be handled by Lightening Transfers. They are reliable and efficient and have done a great job for me in the past.
