Per the owner: * We paid 120k for it originally when brand new * It is
deeded so you get ownership and value as well as guaranteed third week of
June after most schools get out * Top level ocean front basically on that
end, 3 bedroom and we always get 11th or 12th floor, never a problem
(Amazing View) * Rooms are very big with 3 bathrooms and huge decks and
fully new appliances and washer dryer * They just remodeled the owner
private pool area, and it is amazing. Infinity pool and you get owner
reserved lounge chairs * When we rented one year, we got around 15k for
the week * We still own 2 other weeks * I believe it is the best
3-bedroom condo on Maui, all things considered...I think other condo
complexes don't come close.
Once you stay here you will want to figure out how to get back again and
again
