Seller will pay 2024 maintenance fees, Buyer to be responsible for maintenance fees beginning with 2025. Seller is not to use any points as stated available on the contract. Buyer must have full 2025 points upon final transfer. This ownership equates to a Fixed Week 5, Floating Week, and Floating Split Week, annually. The Fixed Week equates to 2000 points, annually.
