Gold season consist of weeks 18-49. Gorgeous 3BR. Its a 2 bedroom unit that leads to a lock off room for complete privacy. It's an ocean view room. We usually get one in the main tower where you can see the pool and ocean. Great if you want to keep an eye on the kids from the balcony in the lazy river. Only reason for sale is kids are grown and we can rarely get them together to go. This is a great deal. I have rented the unit the past 4-5 years and made $2000-$3000 over the maintenance fee and can't provide proof. Great to use and make money when you can't use it.
