We love going there. When the Surf Club was built we fell in love with it and bought two units. We have never been disappointed. It is well run, has great amenities and a helpful and friendly staff. The Surf Club is located very near two of the best casinos on the island and within walking distance of the Plaza and many other resorts and restaurants on Palm Beach. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Aruba. Unfortunately, after visiting Aruba one or more times a year for about 25 years, we have to stop due to health issues. We feel that anyone buying these units will have wonderful vacations and consider the Surf Club their Aruba home for many years. *Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer* *Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
