are now close to 80-years old, traveling less and not skiing at all, thus

- Marriott Vacation Clubs manages these units well. They have always been
clean and updated regularly. - The ski-in/out at Breckenridge is great
but also its proximity to other ski resorts in the area makes it ideal. -
Our ownership is year-around (except 2 weeks at Christmas) so offers
maximum flexibility. - Summer in Breckenridge is a beautiful season as
well. - The town of Breckenridge has a lot to offer all within walking
distance including many eating options. - And reminiscing about the
family fun times continues.
