This is the nicest resort in Branson and is a great way to get acquainted with Marriott and the trading power this resort will give you to travel at many other resorts.I lock off my weeks into two two deposits, 1 bedroom and studio. Marriott charges $95. You have to do this at exactly a year out. If you own two weeks, you can lockoff at 13 months out. I try to get 4th of July dates for my deposits.Willow Ridge is a super trader. I have been very happy with my luck at getting trades with both sides of the lockoff. The studio has slightly less trading power, but Orlando is very easy to get, and even the Disney 1 bedrooms are easy to get with a studio at Marriott's Willow Ridge.1 and 2 bedrooms at Marriott's Ko Olina 1 and 2 bedroom at Disney's Old Key West and Saratoga Springs resorts 2 bedrooms at Westin Nanea on Maui 2 bedrooms at Marriott's Newport Coast Villas 2 bedrooms at Marriott's Ocean Watch Villas at Grand Dunes, Myrtle Beach 2 bedrooms at Marriott's Barony Beach in Hilton HeadI can do the closing myself, or you can pay LT Transfers to do the closing. They are very reasonable. It will cost under $250 for the closing through them. But I can do it for $25 for the Marriott transfer fee + about $35 recording fees.We are also selling Marriott's Shadow Ridge Villages, which we have used for exchanges through Interval International over the last several years (never stayed there). I have a listing on Redweek for that one as well. Platinum season. You might wonder why we are selling some of our weeks. We are enjoying cruises more now, plus we have Marriott Abound and can book what we need with those points. We don't go to Orlando as much as we used to (love the Disney resorts via exchange and will still grab one when the timing is good). It's not tough to get Disney. The weeks are sitting online right now for spring dates.
