The unit is reasonably spacious. Described as one bedroom deluxe. The main floor seats 6 at the dining area table. Sofa and 2 Easy chairs in seperate space with fireplace TV. The Murphy bed is queen size. Murphy bed space does not interfere with the space in the rest of the first floor. The bedroom with ensuite is on the second floor. It has a King sized bed with TV and fireplace. There is also a Jacuzzi Unit in the Master Bedroom.The resort has indoor and outside swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness facilities, walking trails, all included for owners at no cost. In the immediate area is North Conway if you are a shopper, Mt. Washington ,White Mountain National Forest with lots of trails designed for various levels. Week 39 is in the middle of the fall foliage season.There are many places with great scenic views.
