The villas are kept up to date and very comfortable.Carlsbad Inn is across the street from restaurants and shopping and THE DAILY NEWS CAFE (the best breakfasts!) and the Mexican restaurant and the ice cream sandwich shop and clothing shops are steps away from the check-in parking lot.Of all the 12-weeks of timeshares we have owned (Kaua’i, Lake Tahoe & Carlsbad) we will miss Carlsbad Inn staff and location the most.*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer**Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
