Per the owner:
When we purchased the units; we were drawn to St. Maarten/St. Martin
because of the unique quality of two distinct countries and cultures
(Dutch and French) comprising the island. This offers the best of
convenience (such as easy shopping for necessities (diapers!) on the
Dutch side and excellent restaurants on the French side.
The Divi resort itself is excellent with a wonderful beach, a number of
pools, and a beautiful setting directly on the water. It is good for
adults with on site restaurants and bars as well as for families. My
children learned to swim in the pool outside of our unit(s). We were
comfortable with purchasing timeshares at Divi Little Bay in part because
Divi is an American company (located in North Carolina) and Dutch St.
Maarten has been a stable territory of the Netherlands for centuries.
We have outgrown our annual trip to St. Maarten. Our children now have
children of their own and are forging new family vacations. We'd like to
release these units to others who can enjoy Divi Little Bay as we have
for years!
