Owner Remarks

We want to start by saying we are the actual owners of this unit. We are not a timeshare company or broker. We are selling one week only, which is a week we have owned at Harborside Atlantis for almost 20 years. The other important thing to know about our week is that it is a rare DEEDED AND FIXED Week 13 in Phase I, which means you are guaranteed usage of week 13 (runs Saturday to Saturday) every year. Week 13 falls in early April and sometimes includes Easter. This is not a floating week where you have to roll the dice and hope you will get a good spring week every year. You are guaranteed usage of Week 13 each and every year. While you are guaranteed usage of week 13 every year, if you don't want to use that week in any particular year, you can elect to try to swap your week 13 for another week at Harborside or within the Starwood collection if that is your preference. We have traded in the past for vacations at beautiful Marriott vacation club resorts in Orlando, Arizona, Palm Springs, and Mexico. You also have the option of renting the week (we have rented the week numerous times on Redweek without a hitch).Our deluxe unit features one bedroom and sleeps 4. Living room with pull out sofa, separate bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, washer and dryer, upscale decor. (Unit description indicates that it has a French balcony but that is not a balcony you can sit or stand on.) Harborside has its own pool and restaurant, plus you have full access (no extra cost) to the Atlantis beaches, casino, swimming pools, aquariums and aqua park water slides.Yes, the price really is $1. We have owned this timeshare for almost 20 years and are getting older and cannot travel as much as we would like to so it is time to move on. We are not interested in making a profit. We just want someone else to be able to enjoy it. You will have to pay the attorneys fees and closing costs, however, which will cost around $3,000. By law, we must use a Bahamian lawyer.
