Per the owner: Our timeshare is in the "Hala" section of the building which provides great views of the ocean and pool area. The Master bedroom, lanai, and living room face the ocean, so you always have a great sea breeze. The kitchen is good sized and having the laundry equipment (washer and dryer) in the unit is very handy. This property is well maintained and feels more private than most other resorts in the area due to it's smaller size. Parking is located next to building and it is a short drive to great beaches and shopping.
