Per the owner: Reasons we bought here are: - the mountain views all
around our desert location - the relatively low cost to buy and maintain
our 2 timeshares - each timeshare being large enough to comfortably
accommodate up to 6 people (we typically come with 2-4 people who share
our accommodation) - easy access to golf courses including 3-9 holes
courses on the Indian Palms Resort property (which is a gated, limited
access facility) as well as the La Quinta courses where PGA tour events
are played - on-site swimming pools and gym facilities plus extensive
roads inside the Resort for those who like to bike or walk; also has
on-site laundry facilities and a restaurant - relatively close for
visitors coming to PGA golf events and tennis/pickleball tournaments at
the tennis complex on Washington St. to stay - close to national parks
such as Joshua Tree which is 25 miles east of the Resort on Interstate 10
- easy for 1 day trips to San Diego, Idyllwild, Los Angeles or for 2-3
day visits to Santa Barbara and the Hearst Castle, Solvang, Las Vegas,
Sedona, Arizona, or the Grand Canyon - also easy for 1 day trips to
Mexico
