Per the owner:
We fell in love with Kahana Beach Resort as soon as we opened the door to
our unit and immediately saw and heard the Pacific Ocean! The views are
even more expansive from the balcony. Sitting only 40 ft. from the
water's edge, all views are unobstructed. Across the water are beautiful
Molokai and Lenai islands. Watching the large ocean turtles from the
balcony is truly amazing. Sunsets are spectacular! There is a nice fresh
water pool, cabanas, hot tub, BBQs, and direct beach access. Paddle
boarding, surfing, kayaking, sail boating, swimming, or just floating
provide water activities. There are also many wonderful golf courses
nearby. There is so much to do and see on Maui, you will never tire of
being there.
Perfectly located on the main road between Kapalua and Lahaina/Kaanapali
on the west side of Maui, there is access to many well-known beaches,
restaurants, and shopping areas. Big box stores are located near the
airport, about a 45 minute drive. The kitchen is well equipped and the
room's furniture is comfortable and complete. Our usage is during even
years. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Maintenance fee with
property tax is only $692.50 annually, and have been kept reasonable over
the many years we've been owners. There are no extra resort fees, and
parking is free.
