This is a 1 BR, floating, biennial even year unit. All suite resort with a separate one bedroom and pull out couch that will sleep four. For adults, there is a beautiful bar and fun pool area with activities for kids. Boat docks available to rent at a discounted rate for owners. On site restaurant, water rentals, and numerous shops to visit. 2024 maintenance fees of $487.50 already paid.
