Per the owner:
Having both sides of the "house" allows for two completely independent families to have total privacy on each side (each side with their own two bedrooms and everything else noted). There are doors which can be closed and locked between the sides. We often had couples and other family members join us using the other side. Lots of space, privacy and room for all.
Everything in these units are high-end, from the countertops to the appliances and the bathrooms plus having an actual garage for vehicles. The layout of the units is just like a house would be.
We also liked the fact that it was GATED and PRIVATE with its own swimming pool, fitness area, etc., which made it quiet with less people and wonderful scenery from the units outside private deck/grill areas.
The amenities available on the 6000 acre resort cover everything anyone could want...golf, 4-season waterpark, activities, outdoor hiking, multiple pools, fishing, skiing, bird watching, etc. Restaurants and special events during each week. There is nothing missing but a beach!
We also have many items that we made while there and labeled from each visit...Birdfeeders, Bookmarks, Baskets, Paintings, Decorated Rocks, Glass Wind Catchers, etc.
The only reason for us wishing to sell is that we are older now and unfortunately cannot enjoy all the wonderful things there are to enjoy there. Sad but true...
Per the resort, in partnership with the award-winning Orlando based design company Hospitality Resources and Design, refurbishment of the Regal Vista condo interiors began in December 2022 and will be completed by August 2027. Highlights include family friendly seating and living spaces, updated flooring and lighting, and unique touches.
