Hard decision, but decided to sell one of our 3 units at Mittersill. We own 3.We will give the unit away but the new owners will pay the transfer fee which is $250. We paid thousands for this unit!This is an incredible unit. Go out the door and in a one minute walk be on a chairlift at Mittersill. This is the largest one bedroom unit that Mittersill has to offer, on the desirable first floor (no stairs). It is larger than most of their two bedroom units at 700 ft.².This has a huge kitchen, living and dining room. Bedroom is extra large with a king size bed, and one of only 2 units in Mittersill with a huge extra bonus room and GIANT Jacuzzi!! Decent size bathroom in addition with both tub and shower.Mittersill allow 5 people per one bedroom units. This unit has a king size bed in the bedroom, queen size sofa pullout, and we bring a cot for the 5th person. Perhaps Mittersill would allow 6 people as this units is that large, but you’d have to ask them. Mittersill will also rent you a cot if desired for $25 total (not per night but for the whole week). Huge unit! We just bring our own cot.We use it every year!Overlooks the Chalets and the front parking lot. Our unit is actually in the picture I attached, behind my son. Paid thousands for this unit.
