It is with mixed emotions that I am offering my Executive unit at Pueble Bonito Sunset Beach for sale. Not rent. Age and health has slowed down our travel. The unit was purchased in 2009, so the transfer fee is only $100.00. I am asking $1,000 plus buyer pays transfer fee. This is a Bi-Annual contract for use during even years and runs until 2038.
