It is a super-executive suite. It has 12 years left on the contracr. It is a fixed week, the 4th week in January into early Feb. In 2025 it is Feb 3-10th.. It has the larger hot tub covered with a pergola, gazebo for privacy where nobody can look down and see us in the hot tub. Not many rooms have that. The deck faces west so you can enjoy watching beautiful sunsets from inside the hot tub. While you are in the hot tub you have a panoramic view of the ocean with no obstructions. The deck is one of the largest decks, refer to the attachment of our layout. We chose this room while the building was being built. It has a area next to the hot tub that isn't covered so you can relax in the lounge chairs and take in a little sun. There is also a table and 4 chairs in a shaded area for eating, playing games or just visiting. The bedroom has one king size bed. The other room has kitchen area and eating area with a queen pull out couch. It has two full bathrooms and one bathroom has a oversized tub. The location is quite nice because you can actually walk up to the sky pool and the marketplace is a little ways away down below us, with several different food types in one building (Italian, Mexican, Oriental, American Diner, Deli and Dessert) is North and below our building. We are South and East of the marketplace and higher plus up 6 floors. We have never heard noise from the marketplace in our room or deck. I am a very light sleeper and that is why we chose to be away from the ocean, so the crashing waves wouldn't disturb me while I slept.Looking from our deck and a ways down to the right (North) we can see the Pacifica Resort along with the golf course and beyond that on the point is a lighthouse. My wife likes to watch the fishing boats come and go as well as the whales and the birds that fly overhead.
