Per the owner: One of the biggest advantages is that the resort is owned
by the owners with a board that is elected by the owner who can also
attend the annual meetings and have input into the policies that govern
the lodge. They are constantly upgrading the property adding features
that will benefit the owners. Being small also means that the staff knows
the owners and remembers previous discussions. Maintenance fees are
reasonable and only increase if there is an increase in the cost of
operating the lodge.
