Great amenities and terrific service. In years when we chose not to stay at our timeshare, we enjoyed the ability to deposit this as two weeks and travel anywhere in the world. It gave us the flexibility to have access to two separate weeks in a suite in the various countries we have traveled to and allowed us to stay in some very interesting locations and communities. Having a timeshare provided us with cost savings by staying in a full condo with all the amenities (and sometimes more!) of home. It allowed us to buy food in local grocery stores and prepare some meals while having the ability to eat out when we wanted to. It gave us a home base in some amazing locations and was a great investment. *Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the SELLER* (Without title insurance. If title insurance is requested, it will be the Buyer's expense.) *Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
