This week has the San Diego fair which is across the street and on most weeks the fourth of July fireworks. The resort is ideally situated for SD Zoo and Sea World. Ocean is near and the La Jolla sea caves. It is a family friendly resort. The resort provides Starbucks coffee in the mornings. The price includes use for 2025. Maintenance fees have been paid. Escrow fees are negotiable. Will consider all reasonable offers and/or rental week.
