Located a short walk from the beach and downtown Hilton Head, where one can find shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. The units are well constructed of reinforced concrete, not a wood frame. The facility is well laid out with three pools; two adult and one child pool and has many planned activities. It is tucked away among trees and a large lagoon with alligators, fish, and other wildlife. It is near a main road but invisible from the road. It is a really great location with good management. It served our family well for many years but age, time, and chance mean we can not take advantage of it now.
