First things first: contract size will affect the overall price per point. Larger contracts will often have a lower price per point than smaller contracts.

Bay Lake Tower is a good example of this. In April, the average price per point for contracts over 200 points is around $114.85, while for contracts under 100 its $136.00, around $22 more.

April 2024's average DVC resale price per point was $98.42, an almost $10 drop from April 2023's average of $108.31. It's safe to say prices have dipped a bit. But what does this mean?

Fidelity's marketplace lets you buy points for less than their direct price. For example, Disney's Boardwalk resale contracts were around $130 cheaper than buying direct.

Disneyland is hosting two events right now! Season of the Force, a Star Wars event, and Pixar Fest, celebrating the iconic film studio. These events end on June 2 and August 4 respectively.
