Before we begin: keep in mind that contract size affects the price per point. Small contracts often have a higher price per point than larger contracts!

For example, in February 2024, a contract under 100 points at Disney's Riviera resort was $140.00/point, while a contract over 200 points at the property was $116.00/point.

February 2024's average DVC resale price per point was $105.74, a nearly $10 decrease from February 2023's $115.18. So, prices are a bit cheaper. What does this mean for you?

Fidelity's marketplace offers points at a fraction of their direct cost. For example, Bay Lake Tower resale contracts were an average of $150.00 cheaper than contracts purchased directly from DVC.
